About Us

Our Story

Vintage Sisters started with something simple — a shared love for crafting and finding unique pieces we can add design touches to make it special.

We grew up with mothers who crafted, thrifted and explored craft/flea markets.  We went with them willingly (usually) and found as adults we enjoyed looking for treasures to use for crafting and/or decorating our homes.  After we raised our families, we started looking for something creative to fill our time. 

We started with a small booth at a Painted Tree Boutique that opened in our town.  Unfortunately, the Painted Tree has shut down all their shops across the country in April 2026, so we are focusing on our online shop to share those finds with others who appreciate vintage just as much as we do.

As we pivot to our online shop, we will have fewer purchased items and focus more on handmade/curated items using vintage pieces.

Who We Are

We are not sisters, but two lifelong friends who feel like sisters.  We hand select everything that goes into our shop to ensure it fits our aesthetics and farmhouse feel.  

Nothing is randomly added — each piece is chosen by us because of its quality, character, and uniqueness. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

We don’t just list items — we handle everything ourselves:
